The product represents an integrated process studied for the replacement of zirconium silicate used in engob recipes and ceramic body recipes. The use of WhiteR® provides up to 100% reduction in Zirconium Silacate consumption. It offers the option of production with lower costs without changing the product quality.
According to the needs of our customers, new recipes are developed specifically for the company by our technical team without changing any properties of the engob or the ceramic body (such as color, thermal expansion coefficient, water permeability, dimensional stability).

Engob aims to be your solution partner with its formulations developed in WhiteR® R series engob recipes. It has been carefully prepared for each of our customers, taking into account all working conditions. As a result of the comparison made with standard recipes, an increase in L values was observed.
Ceramic Glaze: WhiteR® G series has been specially developed for glaze recipes. It provides extra whiteness with its fine grain size structure. It has been formulated in a way that will not impair the quality of the glaze surfaces, and the compositions are specially prepared for each of our customers.
